Mission Opportunities

Pub Theology

The CU Wesley do not meet for our weekly ministries during the summer semesters. Instead, the CU Wesley staff travels to worship with our friends' churches on Sundays and praise God at church camp. Be sure to follow our travels on our social media and in our newsletter! Reach out to the CU Wesley Director if you would like to add a stop to your church into our itinerary.

Summer at the Wesley

Lunch and Devotional

Each semester we have various mission opportunities that you can be a part of.  From working at the Food Bank to helping people repair their homes, we have places for you to help and serve.

Our mission work for each semester is decided by our student leadership. If God has put a mission on your heart, please put share that with the CU Wesley Leadership Team for consideration.

Starting August 18th 2022, join us on Thursdays from 12:00pm to 1:00pm throughout the school year for a free lunch and a devotional.

We believe that the best way to grow in faith is through community with other believers and seekers.  Whether you have been in church all your life, or you have never been to church, you are welcome to join one of our small groups.  If you would like more detailed information on the various small groups we offer, please find us on Facebook at www.facebook.com/cuwesley/

Starting August 16th 2022 on every Tuesday at 7:30pm, we will have dinner, group games, and worship. CU Wesley Worship is a modern worship experience that consists of popular praise songs, engaging and relevant teaching and time of reflective prayer.

All students are welcome.  No matter what you believe, what questions or doubts you may have, you are very welcome to attend.  Come and join us during this time for great food, wonderful conversation, and an awesome sense of community.

Starting August 18th 2022, join us on Thursday evenings where we will discuss the study of  the nature of God and our beliefs (also known as theology). Over drinks, we'll share historical stories of faith in conversation with our own lives and modern events.

These meetings will be at various coffee shops until we find one that we prefer, so be sure to check our social media for the location. On the last Thursday of each month, we will meet at one of the bars in town and those under 21 years of age will not be allowed to attend. But don't worry! All the lessons will be recorded and shared online so you can keep up with the conversation, even if you miss.
